Total Dollar Volume for 2008 was $141,712,752 compared to 2009 of $98,072,985 which is -31% for the year.
Average Sales Price for 2008 was $107,196 compared to 2009 of $100,898 which is -6%.
Once again, these numbers are from January through May of both 2008 and 2009.
